Alcatel Idol 4 Pro with Windows 10 now stars in Live Images

The last windows-powered smartphone dubbed the HP Elite x3 has already been launched in the US and will make its official entry in some European countries fairly soon.

Alcatel is one of the few companies interested in making Windows phones. Alcatel will soon launch its contender of the HP Elite x3.

The company is reportedly working on its latest Windows 10 fueled handset, allegedly named Alcatel Idol 4 Pro. The live pictures of the new smartphone recently leaked online featuring the front panel of the upcoming handset.

As far as the internal specs of the alleged device are concerned, it is said to come with a 5.5-inch full HD IPS display with 1080p screen resolution and is expected to be powered by a quad-core Snapdragon 820 chipset by Qualcomm.

For storage, the smartphone is rumored to sport 4GB of RAM along with 64GB of internal storage that can conveniently be extended via microSD card slot.

In terms of camera, the new Alcatel Idol 4 Pro is said to pack in an LED flash light supported 21MP back camera accompanied with Sony IMX230 sensor and it will run on Windows 10 Mobile anniversary edition OS out of the box. In addition, the handset is also expected to feature Continuum for phones support.

There is no information about the price and availability of the handset yet and those interested in the smartphone should wait till Alcatel formally launches the device.
