Leading technology brand Apple had launched its iPhone 6S and iPhone 6S Plus recently in the IFA event organized on September, 9. Now Apple has made claims regarding the extreme positive response and popularity of the two sets which is quite evident from the preorders within 24 hours.
The iPhone 6S and 6S Plus are quite similar in characteristics and design except for the rose gold finish and 3G Touch feature which adds a distinct change.
Compared to last year’s turnover, Apple has experienced a substantial boost during its recent launch of the 4.7-inches iPhone6 and 5.5-inches iPhone 6S Plus which is Apple’s very first Phablet.
The Rose colored iPhone 6S Plus is gaining more popularity. As soon as it was offered for pre-orders, the phablet sold out within 12 hours in China.
According to Apple,
“Customer response to iPhone 6S and 6S Plus has been extremely positive and preorders this weekend were very strong around the world. We are on pace to beat last year’s 10 million unit first-weekend record when the new iPhone go on sale Sept.25.”
Apple iPhone 6S and 6S Plus not only come with CPU upgrades and camera enhancements but also includes Taptic Engine feedback, pressure sensitive 3D Touch and a better and faster Touch ID system. Other features include 7000 series aluminum made Chassis, LTE advanced support, Bluetooth 4.2 and much more. Rose gold colour is another perk.
As per Apple’s website, iPhone 6S Plus will be officially available from early to mid-October and iPhone 6S will ship on September 25. Apple stores will officially sell the product from 8 a.m. onwards on Sept.25.
“As many customers noticed the online demand for iPhone 6 Plus has been exceptionally strong and exceeded our own forecasts for the preorder period. We are working to catch up as quickly as we can, and we will have iPhone 6S Plus as well as iPhone 6S units available at Apple retail stores when they open next Friday.” Apple further added.
