Huawei Mate 8 With High End Specs Could Be Released Soon

The Huawei Mate 8 is included in the preeminent Smartphone flagships speculated to be unveiled next month at the IFA being hosted in Berlin. The device is said to be the successor of the prominent Huawei Mate 7. The upcoming handset is rumored to be better in all features than its forerunner.

As per report from Tech Times, the new gadget is a Smartphone encapsulating exclusive features and is expected to be launched before 2015 takes its bow. The report also highlighted another leak regarding the Chinese manufacturer’s intention of bulk producing the device and releasing it by November or early December.

In terms of specs, the Huawei 8 phablet is expected to feature a 6-inches QHD or 2K display with 2560×1440p screen resolution. The device is rumored to be driven by Huawei’s own Kirin 950 chipset which comprises of four Cortex-A72 cores clocked at 2.4 GHz and an additional four Cortex –A53 clocked at 2.0GHz. Mate 8 will most probably offer an option of either a 3GB of RAM along with 32GB in-built storage combination or 4GB of RAM with 64GB merger variants.

The device is also rumored to pack the Sony 21 MP primary camera along with an 8 MP selfie snapper which will certainly be coveted by the selfie addicts. Huawei Mate 8 is also said to be a dual SIM featuring device with an option for the second SIM slot to be converted into a microSD card slot. The handset is rumored to run Android Lollipop OS namely Emotion UI.

Some of the other rumored specs include 4100mAh battery backup, a fingerprint scanner, a comfortable yet firm grip and an elegant build.

As per leaks, the Huawei Mate 8 would cost round around $669. Huawei is presently the biggest Smartphone manufacturing company in China and is offering a strong competition to Samsung and Apple. The company is expanding its product lineup to capture even more portion of the market.
