HTC A9 Leaks

HTC is though planning to unveil the new handset on 20th of October so it seems not that early a leak.

The leak affirms that the upcoming One A9 by HTC will be powered by the latest Android 6.0 Marshmallow Operating system, launched recently by Google. The leak has also revealed that the device will come with a 5-inches full HD display with 1080p screen resolution.

Internally the device packs 16 GB of storage conveniently expandable via microSD card and a 2150mAh battery backup.

In terms of camera, the HTC One A9 features a 13 MP rear camera along with a 4 MP front snapper specifically designed for selfies.

Interestingly, the leaked pictures of HTC One A9 available on the internet reveal a striking resemblance to the iPhone 6 series by Apple.

Telefoon Abonnement, a Dutch website has also rumored that the device will feature 3GB RAM in line with the Smartphone HTC One M9 which was released earlier this year.

The page listed the device at 599 euros, which sounds a lot for fairly average specs. The high-powered processor might be the culprit behind the high asking price but it still seems a bit too much.

The gadget was formerly codenamed ‘Aero’ and it was expected to be the one of the most dynamic phones that has ever been launched. But the leaks have put an end to those expectations and now it only seems a mid-range affair.

Until the official release on 20th October, the users will have to satisfy themselves with the leaked info and decide for themselves if the phone will be worth it.
