There are no additional features available and the update is an accumulative one which means users would not see a large-scale revamp. The update comes just a day after the same kind of update has been rolled out by T-Mobiles for its devices.
Various other Android manufacturers pledged to cater security updates on monthly basis for their handsets including Google who has assured its clients of provision of monthly security updates to its Android devices.
After the application of the update is complete, the Galaxy Note5 will show software version N920VVRU2OJ3. For those who possess a S6 Edge+, the build version will be G928VVRU2AOJ3.
The patch should land in the mode of an OTA upgrade; however it might take some time to appear on all the available devices. The update is presently live and being piled out on-air which indicates it won’t take much long for it to be available for everyone.
